Richard Itskov, Chief Financial Officer

Richard Itskov is the Chief Financial Officer at Cross Lake.  Mr. Itskov is responsible for overseeing the accounting, treasury and finance functions of the firm.  Additionally, Mr. Itskov serves as a member of the Investment and Valuation Committees.  Prior to joining Cross Lake Partners in 2018, Mr. Itskov was the Real Estate Fund Controller at Och-Ziff Management, where he played a key role in leading the accounting team responsible for the opportunistic closed end real estate funds. From 2013 to 2017, Mr. Itskov worked at Clarion Partners LLC as an Assistant Fund Controller, where he was responsible for managing the financial reporting, treasury operations and investor reporting of numerous separately managed real estate portfolios.  Mr. Itskov started his career in public accounting at Deloitte & Touche LLP and Berdon LLP, where he audited prominent real estate funds and various real estate properties. Mr. Itskov received a Bachelor of Science, Cum Laude, in Accounting from Hunter College in 2007 and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the State of New York.
