America’s mega landlords have thrived since Covid-19 set off a scramble for suburban homes.

Reflection Bay Golf Club, an award-winning, Jack Nicklaus-designed course, has made a comeback unlike any other.

The course, which was closed during the recession and reopened in 2014, was recently recognized as the Gold Winner in the Best of Las Vegas awards.

The recently completed $115 million project known as The Charles is on pace to sell out in the first quarter of next year.

A condo tower and a mixed-use luxury apartment project are the first two in a series of buildings coming to the waterfront property.

Vantage, on the North Shore of Lake Las Vegas, broke ground earlier this year offering 37 home sites, 12 of which have sold. Three distinct flexible floor plans are available including a 2,800-square-foot, single-story or a two-story home that measures 3,800 square feet or 4,800 square feet.

The 4,800-square-foot, two-story model is planned to be completed by the end of the year.

“This is another step forward for the company,” Jones said at the Vantage groundbreaking event. “And this is a great location.”
