Joe McGrath is an Associate on the Acquisitions team at Cross Lake. His responsibilities include evaluating, underwriting and executing transactions throughout the U.S. Prior to joining Cross Lake, Mr. McGrath was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Real Estate, Gaming, Leisure and Lodging (REGLL) Group at Deutsche Bank, where he was involved in multiple M&A, debt and equity transactions. Mr. McGrath received a Bachelor of Science, with distinction, in Finance from The University of Kansas in 2024.
