Adam Rapport, Partner

Adam Rapport is a Partner at Cross Lake and the Head of Acquisitions. From 2011 to 2018, Mr. Rapport worked within the real estate private equity group at Paulson & Co., serving most recently as a Senior Vice President. Mr. Rapport’s responsibilities at Paulson included evaluating, underwriting and executing transactions throughout the U.S. From 2008 through 2011, Mr. Rapport worked within Starwood Capital Group, serving most recently as an Associate within the acquisition group of the firm. Mr. Rapport received a Bachelor of Science, magna cum laude, in finance and real estate from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2008. In addition, Mr. Rapport is a guest lecturer within the real estate department at Columbia Business School.
